Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Powell's Owls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
